小儿手足口病的传染、治疗与预防控制措施

摘要

Objective To explore the infection,treatment and prevention of children with hand foot and mouth disease prevention measures. Methods We divided 500 cases into two groups,control group used routine preventive measures,and observation group used comprehensive prevention measures, compared the effect of two groups. Results The incidence of children with hand foot and mouth disease in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(χ2=5.08,P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive prevention measures can effectively control the incidence of disease.%目的：探讨小儿手足口病的传染、治疗及预防控制措施。方法随机将500例行健康体检的幼儿平均分为两组，对照组行常规预防控制方法，观察组行综合性预防控制方法，比较两组临床效果。结果观察组小儿手足口病发生率明显低于对照组（χ2=5.08，P＜0.05）。结论综合性预防方法能够有效控制小儿手足口病发病率。
