ObjectiveTo explore the postpartum patients with the efect of improved uterine compression suture combined with uterine isthmus circular banding technique in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods In department of gynaecology and obstetrics of 100 cases of obstetric patients as the object of study,the improved uterine compression suture combined with uterine isthmus circular banding technique were adopted in the experimental group,and the control group was treated with conventional therapy. Results In the experimental group of postoperative blood loss,duration of treatment,lochia,fever and incidence of complications were less than that of the control group. Conclusion Using improved uterine compression suture combined with uterine isthmus annular banding treatment method can improve the delivery in the patients with postpartum hemorrhage symptoms,reduce the occurrence rate of postpartum complications.%目的：探讨产后患者运用改良子宫压迫缝合术联合子宫峡部环形捆扎术治疗产后出血的效果。方法使用我院妇产科接收的100例分娩患者作为研究对象，实验组采用改良子宫压迫缝合术联合子宫峡部环形捆扎术治疗，对照组采用常规治疗。结果实验组术中以及术后的出血量、治疗周期、发生恶露、发热等并发症发生率均少于对照组。结论运用改良子宫压迫缝合术联合子宫峡部环形捆扎术治疗的方法可改善分娩患者的产后出血症状，降低产后并发症的出现率。
