精神科护理人员心理问题分析与干预方式

摘要

目的：分析精神科护理人员主要心理问题，并探讨干预方式。方法采用自制问卷对护理人员进行问卷调查，将调查结果与全国正常人群平均水平进行比较。结果21例护理人员中，只有10例（47.62%）护理人员能够采取比较积极的应对方式面对压力。结论精神科护理人员存在一定的心理问题，对临床护理工作的顺利实施产生制约，需要及时采取必要措施进行心理干预，促进其身心健康，从而更好的为精神科临床护理工作提供服务。%Objective To analyze the main psychological problems of nurses in psychiatric department and discuss the ways of intervention.MethodsA self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the nursing staff,and the results were compared with the basic average level of the whole country.Results Only 10 cases(47.62%)of the 21 nurses were able to take a more positive coping style.Conclusion There are some mental problems of nursing staff in psychiatric department. On clinical nursing work generate greater constraints. So,to take timely measures necessary for psychological intervention, promote their physical and mental health,and then better services for the clinical psychiatric nursing.
