中药穴位贴敷配合耳压法治疗小儿抽动症

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of point-application therapy and auricular-plaster therapy on children for tics. Methods80 kids with tic disorders were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each group. The treatment group adopted point-application therapy and auricular-plaster therapy,and the control group adopted oral Haloperidol. Therapeutic efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group,67.5% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was apparently higher than the total effective rate in the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Point-application therapy and auricular-plaster therapy is an effective treatment in treating tic disorders in children.%目的：观察中药穴位贴敷配合耳压法治疗小儿抽动症（脾虚肝亢型）的临床疗效。方法将80例小儿抽动症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。治疗组采用中药穴位贴敷配合耳压法治疗。对照组采用口服氟哌啶醇治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.5%，对照组总有效率67.5%，治疗组总有效率高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中药穴位贴敷配合耳压法是治疗小儿抽动症的有效疗法。
