心室复极指标在预测急性心肌梗死恶性室性心律失常中的临床价值分析

摘要

目的：探究心室复极指标在预测急性心肌梗死恶性室性心律失常中的临床价值。方法选取我院收治的急性心肌梗死恶性室性心律失常患者98例，依据心电图结果分为J波组（A组）、ST段墓碑型抬高组（B组）以及通常组（C组），各27例，34例和37例，A组与B组分别与C组对比Q-T间期离散度（QTd）、J-T间期离散度（JTd）和恶性室性心律失常的发生率。结果A组与B组的QTd和JTd均高于C组，且恶性室性心律失常发生率也高于C组，差异均具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 J波、ST段抬高、JTd和QTd延长作为心室复极指标能够准确预测急性心肌梗死恶性室性患者。%Objective Explore the clinical value of ventricular repolarization parameters in predicting malignant ventricular arrhythmia in acute myocardial infarction. MethodsSelected 98 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into J group(A group),ST group (B group),group (C group),27 cases,34 cases and 37 cases.B group and A group were compared with C group of QTd,JTd (T)and malignant ventricular arrhythmia.ResultsThe QTd,JTd in group A and group B were higher than those in group C,and the incidence of malignant ventricular arrhythmia was higher than that of C group,the difference was statisticaly significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The J wave,ST segment elevation,JT interval and QT dispersion(QTd) extended as ventricular repolarisation indices can be accurately predicted in patients with malignant ventricular acute myocardial infarction(AMI).
