食管癌围手术期肠内营养支持对患者血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白水平及淋巴细胞计数的影响

         

摘要

Objective To analyze perioperative enteral nutrition support in patients with hemoglobin,serum albumin level and the influence of lymphocyte count. Methods According to the digital random table method,54 patients with esophageal cancer radical were divided into two groups,27 cases in each group. A group received enteral nutrition,B group received parenteral nutrition.Results After 7 d,group A of the hemoglobin,serum albumin,plasma protein and lymphocyte count were higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Complication rates compared two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with esophageal perioperative enteral nutrition,can improve the nutritive condition of patients.%目的:分析食管癌围手术期肠内营养支持对患者血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白水平及淋巴细胞计数的影响。方法按照数字随机表法将我院收治的54例食管癌根治术患者分为两组,各27例,A组接受肠内营养,B组接受肠外营养。结果 A组术后7 d血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血浆前白蛋白及淋巴细胞计数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对食管癌围术期患者采取肠内营养,可改善患者营养状况,效果优。
