目的：探讨综合护理干预在胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术中的应用效果。方法选取我院在2014年1月～2015年10月收治的90例肝硬化食管静脉曲张患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例，对照组实施常规护理方法，观察组在常规护理的基础上采用综合护理干预措施，比较两组效果。结果两组止血率和复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预措施应用于胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术患者，能够取得止血效果，降低并发症发生率。%Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in endoscopic esophageal varices ligation operation. Methods Selected in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015,90 cases of esophageal varices in patients with liver cirrhosis patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each. Patients in control group received routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of routine nursing care of the comprehensive nursing intervention measures,the effect of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in hemostasis rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P > 0.05),the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention measures were applied to the patients with esophageal varices ligation under endoscopy,which can achieve significant hemostasis effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
