凶险型前置胎盘应用双侧股动脉预置管联合剖宫产治疗的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of placenta previa with bilateral femoral artery catheter combined with cesarean section pre treatment. Methods 100 cases who were treated in our hospital from the pernicious placenta previa patients,divided into A、B group according to the random number table method, which a group be routine therapy,group B received bilateral femoral artery preset tube combined with cesarean section in the treatment. Results In group A, the duration of surgery was shorter than that of B group,and the amount of bleeding,postpartum hemorrhage and hysterectomy were significantly worse than that of B group,and the dif erence was statistical y significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Pernicious placenta previa by bilateral femoral artery preset pipe joint of cesarean section and treatment,the curative ef ect is obvious,and can ef ectively reduce the amount of bleeding,the rate of hysterectomy.%目的：观察凶险型前置胎盘应用双侧股动脉预置管联合剖宫产治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的凶险型前置胎盘患者100例，按随机数字表法分为 AB 两组，其中 A 组予以常规治疗法，B 组予以双侧股动脉预置管联合剖宫产治疗。结果 A 组除手术时间短于 B 组，而出血量、产后出血及子宫切除均明显差于 B 组，差于有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论凶险型前置胎盘应用双侧股动脉预置管联合剖宫产治疗，疗效明显，且可有效降低出血量、子宫切除率。
