联合抗抑郁药治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

摘要

目的：探究联合抗抑郁药治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将70例FD伴有抑郁症状患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各35例，分别联合抗抑郁药治疗和给予常规药物治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组临床症状积分和抑郁评分均低于对照组，治疗总有效率（91.4%）高于对照组（71.4%），比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在常规应用抑酸和胃动力药基础上联合抗抑郁药治疗FD，有助于改善消化不良症状和患者抑郁症状，提高临床疗效。%Objective To explore clinical curative effect of the anti depression drug in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 70 cases of FD accompanied by symptoms of depression patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. 35 cases were combined with antidepressant drug treatment and given routine drug treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The study group of the clinical symptoms and depression scores were lower than the control group. The total treatment efficiency(91.4%)was higher than that of control group(71.4%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In routine application of acid suppression and gastric motility drugs combined with anti depression drug treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)helps to improve dyspeptic symptoms and clinical efficacy.
