住院药房拆零药品存在的问题与对策

摘要

Objective Strengthen the management of unbundled drugs,to ensure drug quality,ensure patient safe and effective drug.Methods Analysis of inpatient pharmacy drug management unbundling process of using a variety of common problems,to find a reasonable and effective countermeasures. Results There were some problems in unbundled drugs includes drugs sanitation,storage,limitation period,the dose,check and so on. ConclusionPerfection unbundled drugs management system to improve the level of pharmacy management,standardize operations in order to ensure the quality of medicines and patient safe and effective drug.%目的：加强对拆零药品的管理，保证药品质量，确保患者用药安全有效。方法分析住院药房拆零药品在管理使用过程中普遍存在的各种问题，寻找合理有效的解决对策。结果拆零药品在药品的卫生、贮存、效期、剂量、核对等方面存在一些问题。结论完善拆零药品的管理制度，提高药房管理水平，规范操作才能保证药品质量及患者用药安全有效。
