降尿酸治疗高血压合并伴发无症状高尿酸血症的效果观察

Objective To investigate the effect of uric acid lowering therapy on blood pressure in hypertensive patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia.Methods 69 cases of patients with hypertension asymptomatic hyperuricemia were enrolled in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2015 and divided into study group and control group by random method. The control group received conventional antihypertensive treatment of placebo and general diet; study group of patients on the basis of antihypertensive therapy using benzbromarone and low-purine food. The blood pressure and renal function of the two groups were compared.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The creatinine and The urine trace albumin in the study group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion UA can decrease the blood pressure and improve the renal function in patients with hypertension accompanied by asymptomatic hyperuricemia, and its value is high.%目的：分析降尿酸治疗对伴发无症状高尿酸血症的高血压患者血压的影响。方法选取本院2014年9月-2015年8月收治的96例伴发无症状高尿酸血症的高血压患者作为研究对象。采用随机法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组各48例。对照组接受常规的降压治疗给予安慰剂和普通饮食；研究组患者在降压治疗基础上使用苯溴马隆以及低嘌呤食物。对两组患者的血压水平、肾功能指标进行对比。结果研究组患者治疗后的收缩压与舒张压均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗后的肌酐、尿微量白蛋白等指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论降尿酸治疗对伴发无症状高尿酸血症的高血压患者具有降低血压、改善肾功能指标的作用，应用价值较高。
