目的：探讨护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者绝对卧床期间舒适度和依从性的效果。方法选取120例心肌梗死患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，对照组实施常规性护理，观察组实施全方位的护理干预。结果观察组心肌梗死患者在护理干预后的依从性和护理满意度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对心肌梗死患者进行全方位的护理干预，增加了患者对卧床的依从性和护理满意度，有助于患者尽早康复。%ObjectiveTo explore the application of nursing intervention in the comfort and compliance of patients with acute myocardial infarction during absolute bed rest period. Methods 120 cases of myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was in the implementation of the full range of nursing intervention. ResultsThe compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with myocardial infarction in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The full range of nursing intervention for patients with myocardial infarction, increase the patient's compliance and nursing satisfaction, and help patients recover as early as possible.
