探讨奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗咽喉反流的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of omeprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal relfux.Methods 80 patients with relfux in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016, were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group using omeprazole and domperidone combined treatment, control group with omeprazole treatment. Treatment for 3 months, two groups of treatment effects were observed. ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group, the study group was signiifcantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole, domperidone combined therapy can protect the gastric mucosa, enhance gastric motility, rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.%目的：探讨对咽喉反流患者采用奥美拉唑、多潘立酮联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取本院2015年8月-2016年8月收治的80例咽喉反流患者进行观察，采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用奥美拉唑、多潘立酮联合治疗，对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗。治疗3个月，观察两组治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组；研究组主要症状缓解时间低于对照组，各组数据对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论奥美拉唑、多潘立酮联合治疗可以保护胃黏膜、增强胃动力，迅速改善患者的临床症状。
