辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病肾病患者血管功能及糖脂代谢状态的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of simvastatin on type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 98 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional basic therapy, while the observation group in the control group on the basis of increased simvastatin treatment, observation the treatment. Results After treatment, the two groups of patients with vascular function and lipid metabolism have improved, but the observed group of patients improved signiifcantly better than the control group,P<0.05, statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Simvastatin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.%目的：探讨辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病肾病患者治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年3月-2016年3月收治的98例2型糖尿病肾病患者，平均分成观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规的基础治疗，而观察组在对照组治疗的基础上增加辛伐他汀治疗，观察治疗效果。结果经过治疗之后，两组患者的血管功能及糖脂代谢状态都有所改善，但是观察组患者改善的程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论对于2型糖尿病肾病患者在基础治疗的基础上增加辛伐他汀进行治疗效果显著。
