过敏性保湿化妆品的制备工艺研究

摘要

This paper is the study of optimum process about allergic moisturizing cosmetics. In order to cream form, based on the 3 factors and 3 levels orthogonal experiment, heating temperature, pH value factors, antiallergic agent to allantoin, inspect antiallergic agent amount and stability, determination of content of allantoin by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and then determine the best system sensitivity moisturizing cosmetics the preparation process.%研究关于过敏性保湿化妆品的最佳工艺。以霜剂为剂型，在三因素三水平正交试验的基础上，进行加热温度、pH值等因素的考察；以尿囊素为抗过敏剂，进行抗过敏剂用量及稳定性考察，采用紫外分光光度法测定尿囊素的含量，进而确定过敏性保湿化妆品的最佳制备工艺。
