循证护理预防冠心病患者PCI术后血管并发症的效果分析

摘要

目的：探析对冠心病患者PIC术后血管并发症的预防中实施循证护理的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的行PIC治疗的冠心病患者110例，按照双盲法分两组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予循证护理，观察比较对照组和观察组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组发生不良反应和血管并发症少于对照组，生存质量高于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论对行PIC术冠心病患者予以循证护理，不但能使血管并发症状得到改善，而且还能促进患者病症恢复，使患者的生活质量有所提高。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of vascular complications after PIC in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods110 patients with coronary heart disease treated with PIC were selected and divided into two groups according to the double-blind method. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the observation group were given evidence-based nursing. The clinical nursing effect of the control group and observation group was observed. ResultsThe adverse reactions and vascular complications were less in the observation group than that in the control group, and the quality of life was higher than that in the control group (allP<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based care for patients with coronary artery disease who underwent PIC can not only improve the symptoms of vascular complications, but also promote the recovery of patients' symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
