精简医保报账医疗文件

摘要

Three discharge documents, which are discharge summary (also known as discharge record), hospital discharge certiifcate and diagnosis statement, are repeatedly presented for the patients with basic medical insurance discharged from hospital to apply for the reimbursement of medical expenses in small amount or occurred in other places. It is suggested that a printed discharge summary should be taken as a proof for the reimbursement.%在现行医保住院病人的零星报账、异地就医报账所需提供的资料中，“出院小结”（也称出院记录）、“出院证”和“病情诊断证明”这三个医疗文件是重复的，建议改为只提供一份打印的出院小结即可。
