Objectives: Based on the cognition and demand of medical liability insurance from the medical staffs of Guangzhou, to make some suggestions for its development. Methods: A convenient sampling survey was conducted among medical staffs and managers. Results: There were 75.2% of the respondents knowing a little about this insurance, and 85.2% of them thinking it is necessary to be insured. There was significant difference in demands among medical staffs, and medical staffs would wait to buy it. Conclusion: Based on difference in demands, a flexible mechanism should be established and the medical liability insurance should be improved.%目的:基于医务人员的认知与需求,对医责险发展路径提出建议.方法:抽样调查部分医务人员,个别访谈某管理人员.结果:75.2%的调查对象表示对医责险有一定了解但不多;医务人员的主观需求强烈且有显著性差异(P≤0.012);医务人员对医责险较多采取观望行为.结论:关注差异需求,建立灵活机制和完善医疗责任险.
