苏州市全民参保登记计划的实践

摘要

Implementing registration for national insurance scheme is an important point to promote the universal coverage of social security. From the following fi ve dimensions i.e., "working mechanism, information supporting, centralized registration, dynamic management, and equal service", the implementation effects in Suzhou were deeply analyzed. For further expanding the application, four aspects of the work plan, i.e., "dynamic management, handling informatization, data analysis and social governance" were suggested.%实施全民参保登记计划是推进社会保障全覆盖的重要抓手。本文从“工作机制、信息支撑、集中登记、动态管理、均等服务”五个维度，深入分析了苏州全民参保登记计划工作实施成效，并就如何进一步扩大成果应用，提出了“动态管理、经办信息化、数据分析和社会治理”四个层面的工作打算。
