体检中心应用以问题为导向管理模式的效果探讨

         

摘要

Objective To study the application effect of problem-oriented management model in the physical examination center. Methods 190 cases of physical examiners in our center in our hospital From August 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 92 cases used the routine nursing management, while the study group with 98 cases used the problem-oriented management model, and the management effect was compared between groups. Results The examination time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the physical examination credibility, physical examination efficacy, and nursing quality scores were lower than those in the control group, the different was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of problem-oriented management model in the physical examination center can improve the physical examination efficacy and nursing service quality.%目的 探讨体检中心应用以问题为导向管理模式的效果.方法 选取2016年8月—2017年1月该院体检中心的体检者, 共190例.随机数字表法分为两组, 对照组92例 (采取常规护理管理), 研究组98例 (采取以问题为导向管理模式), 比较两组的管理效果.结果 研究组受检时间跟对照组相比, 较后者更短;体检可信度、体检效率、护理质量评分跟对照组相比, 较后者更高, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论 将以问题为导向的管理模式应用于体检中心, 可提高体检效率和护理服务质量.
