Objective To analyze the effect of nursing risk management in the department of spine surgery. Methods 416 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of orthopedics in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into two groups with 208 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing management, while the study group used the risk management, and the occurrence of nursing safety events was compared and analyzed, and the nursing satisfactory rate of the two groups was mastered. Results The incidence rate of nursing safety events, nursing satisfactory degree in the study group and in the control group were respectively0.96％, 97.60％ and 5.76％, 85.58％, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in the department of spine surgery can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of nursing safety events, ensure the treatment safety and improve the nursing service satisfactory degree.%目的 对脊柱外科患者护理中开展风险管理的作用进行探析.方法 以2017年3月—2018年3月该院骨科收治的416例患者作为观察对象, 依照入院时间随机分成研究组和对照组, 均为208例;对照组实施常规护理管理, 研究组同时开展风险管理, 对比分析护理安全事件发生情况, 并掌握两组患者护理满意度.结果 研究组护理安全事件发生率为0.96％、护理满意度为97.60％, 对照组分别为5.76％、85.58％, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 在脊柱外科中实施护理风险管理, 可有效预防和减少护理安全事件发生, 确保患者治疗安全, 提高护理服务满意度.
