目的：探讨在脊柱外科应用护理风险管理的临床价值。方法该研究对象来源于该院脊柱外科2015年1月-2016年1月收治的患者200例，依据护理模式分组，其中对照组(n=100)采用常规护理，观察组(n=100)基于对照组加用护理风险管理，比较两组护理效果。结果对照组风险事件发生率为30.0%，并发症发生率为18.0%，明显高于观察组3.0%、2.0%，对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论在脊柱外科中应用护理风险管理临床价值高，值得推广。%Objective To study the clinical value of the application of nursing risk management in the department of spinal surgery. Methods 200 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of spinal surgery of our hospital from Jan-uary 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 100 cases in each accord-ing to the nursing model, the control group adopted routine nursing, the observation group adopted nursing risk management on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rates of risk event and complication in the control group were obviously higher than those in the observation group,(30.0%, 18.0%vs 3.0%, 2.0%), and the differences were obvious by comparison, P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical value of the application of nursing risk management in the department of spinal surgery is high, which is worth promotion.
