层级式责任制管理中护理组长职责对儿科护理管理质量的影响

     

摘要

Objective To study and analyze the effect of responsibilities of nursing team leader in the hierarchical responsibility system management on the nursing management quality in the department of pediatrics. Methods 25 cases of nursing staff in the department of pediatrics in our hospital were selected as the objects from April 2014 April 2015, the hierarchical responsibility system management of head nurse-responsible nurse-assistant nurse was promoted before the nursing management, from J une 2016 to June 2017 while the hierarchical responsibility system management of head nurse-head nursing team-responsible nurse was applied after the nursing management, and the core ability of related nursing staff, nursing quality and satisfactory degree of children and their family before and after the implementation were analyzed and compared. Results The medical satisfactory degree and nursing quality after the implementation were obviously improved compared with those before the implementation, and the core ability of nursing staff was obviously lower than that before the implementation, and the differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical responsibility system management in the department of pediatrics can obviously improve its nursing quality and satisfactory degree of children, and it can be widely applied.%目的 研究分析层级式责任制管理中护理组长职责对儿科护理管理质量的影响.方法 将该院儿科护理人员25名设为此次对象, 2014年4月—2015年4月设为层级式责任制管理中护理组长职责实施前, 2016年6月—2017年6月设为实施后;实施前护理管理工作主要推行护士长-责任护士-助理护士的护理层级式责任制管理模式, 实施后则应用护士长-理组长-责任护士-助理护士的护理层级式责任制管理模式;分析比较层级式责任制管理中护理组长职责实施前后相关护理人员核心能力、护理质量以及患儿及其家属护理满意度情况.结果 相较于层级式责任制管理中护理组长职责实施前, 实施后医患满意度、护理质量明显得到提高, 护理人员核心能力显著低于实施前, 相应数据进行比较, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 在儿科护理层级式责任管理中有效实施护理组长职责可明显提高其护理质量及患儿护理满意度, 可广泛应用.
