Objective To explore the application value of rational drug classification and drug regulatory system to the management of western pharmacy. Methods A total of 120 drug-treated patients admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were enrolled. The patients from January to June 2015 were the control group, and the patients between July and December 2015 were enrolled in the observation group, compared the two groups of nursing satisfaction and the incidence of drug adverse events. Results The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 80.0％, compared with 95.0％ of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The implementation of rational drug classification measures and drug supervision system in the management of hospital western pharmacies can improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work, and it is worth further promotion and application on the basis of in-depth discussion.%目的 探讨药品合理分类和药品监管制度对西药房管理的应用价值.方法 以该院2015年1—12月间收治的120例药物治疗患者为研究对象,其中2015年1—6月间患者为对照组,2015年7—12月间的患者为观察组,比较两组护理满意度和用药不良事件发生几率.结果 对照组护理满意度为80.0％,相比于观察组的95.0％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在医院西药房管理工作中实施药品合理分类措施和药品监管制度,可提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得在深入探讨的基础上进一步推广应用.
