Objective To investigate the injury of unilateral vertebral pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar spine fractures. Methods From 2010 to February,2012 to August,39 cases with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture were treated with posterior short-segment fixation combined with vertebral screw insertion of the operation methods of treatment, preoperative,postoperative follow-up radiographic observation of vertebral height has no loss,internal fixator looseness. Results The follow-up time was 6 to 18 months(mean 15.5 months). In the preoperative,postoperative observation and comparison of vertebral vertebral body height and the angle of Cobb,found no internal fixation loosening and fracture phenomenon,who recovered well after the operation. Conclusion The injury of the vertebral pedicle screw fixation can enhance strength of the spine,good stability, and can effectively prevent postoperative vertebral height loss and to reduce kyphosis incidence,treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture is a kind of effective method.% 目的探讨单侧经伤椎短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效.方法自2010年2月—2012年8月，对39例胸腰段椎体骨折患者采用后路短节段内固定联合伤椎置钉的手术方法进行治疗，术前、术后随访摄片观察椎体高度有无丢失，内固定物有无松动.结果随访时间为6~18个月(平均为15.5个月).于术前、术后观察对比伤椎椎体高度及Cobb角，未发现内固定物松动和断裂现象，术后患者恢复良好.结论经伤椎短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定能够增强脊柱的强度、稳定性好，同时可有效防止术后椎体高度的丢失和减少脊柱后凸畸形的发生率，是治疗胸腰椎骨折的一种切实有效的方法.
