Objective To observe clinical effect for immediate placing MCu IUD after abortion. Methods 106 cases form January 2010 to October 2011 after abortion in our hospital immediately were immediate placed MCu IUD as observation group, 114 cases were placed after the first menstrual flow as control group,after the 1-year follow-up,adverse reactions and continued using were observed. Results Patients were followed up for 12 months,after 3 months,6 months,12 months,continuous using rate and incidence of adverse reactions were no different(P > 0.05). Conclusion Immediate postoperative placing MCu IUD after abortion does not increase surgical pain,and can reduce the cost of surgery,is worthy of clinical application.% 目的观察人工流产术后即时放置MCu IUD临床效果.方法选取2010年1月—2011年10月间在该院行人工流产术后自愿即时放置MCu IU型宫内节育器的妇女106例为观察组，人流后首次月经后放置妇女114例为对照组，放置后随访1年，观察不良反应及续用情况.结果两组患者随访12个月，术后3、6、12个月时期续用率及不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05).结论人工流产术后即时放置MCu IUD不增加手术痛苦，降低手术费用，值得临床推广应用.
