再议老年心血管疾病患者的临床合理用药

摘要

Objective To understand the cardiovascular disease in elderly patients with drug use, discusses how to improve the rationality of drug use in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods Randomly selected from 2010 June to Guangdong Province Xiqiao mountain veterans hospital in 60 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease study,60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, in the observation group received conventional treatment on the basis of educational measures,and guidance measures. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group in the cure rate and efficiency,has a clear advantage. Conclusion The elderly poor health,suffering from many kinds of diseases,should be based on scientific and rational drug use,in addition,but also to the elderly patients with full understanding of the importance of rational drug use,so that the elderly cardiovascular disease treatment effect is better.%　　目的了解老年心血管疾病患者的用药情况，讨论如何提高老年心血管患者用药的合理性。方法随机抽取2010年6月来广东省西樵山复退军人医院的60例老年心血管疾病患者进行研究，将60例患者平均分为观察组和对照组，观察组在接受常规用药的基础上，采取教育措施和和指导措施。结果同对照组相比，观察组在痊愈率和有效率方面，都有明显的优势。结论老年人的体质不好，所患种类较多，应该根据疾病种类科学合理地进行用药，另外，还要使老年患者充分认识合理用药的重要性，使老年心血管疾病的治疗效果更好。
