Objective To investigate the antibiotic combination microwave and Jingangteng capsule in the treatment of clinical ef-fect of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Selected in this study were 160 cases, all in our hospital from 2012 03 to 2013 05 admitted patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, randomly into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each division, the control group using conventional antibiotic therapy, the observation group in the control group treated by basic treatment, application of microwave and diamond Teng capsule treatment, clinical data of two groups. Results The observation group of 80 cases, the total clinical effective rate was 100%, 80 cases in the control group, the total clinical effec-tive rate was 80%, the total clinical efficiency observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant (P<0.05). Display two groups were followed up a mean of 1 years, the observation group 5 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 5%, control group 32 cases, accounting for 40% of the observation group, the clinical recur-rence rate was significantly lower than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of antibiotics can obtain exact combined with microwave and Jingangteng capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, the recurrence rate is low, has the significance very positive.%目的：探讨抗生素联合微波和金刚藤胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎临床治疗效果。方法本次研究选择的对象共160例，均为我院2012年3月-2013年5月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者，随机按观察组和对照组各80例划分，对照组采用常规抗生素治疗，观察组采用在对照组治疗治疗的基础上，应用微波和金刚藤胶囊治疗，回顾两组临床资料。结果观察组80例中，临床总有效率为100%，对照组80例中，临床总有效率为80%，观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组行平均1年的随访显示，观察组复发5例，复发率5%，对照组为32例，占40%，观察组临床复发率显著低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗生素联合微波和金刚藤胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎可获得确切疗效，复发率低，具有非常积极的临床意义。
