目的：通过比较研究，探讨喘可治注射液在治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的效果。方法从我院2010年10月-2013年10月间接诊的病患中抽取100例患儿，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各50例，对照组施行常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联合施行喘可治注射液注射。并进行跟踪随访，一年后观察两组疗效。结果在两组治疗中，治疗组显效率为70%，有效率20%，无效率为10%，总有效率为90%。而对照组的显效病患为15例，显效率为30%，有效病患21例，有效率为42%，无效病患为14例，无效率28%，总有效率为72%。治疗组治疗效果明显好于对照组。结论通过对比研究，我们可以发现在治疗反复呼吸道感染时，喘可治注射液治疗效果好，值得推广使用。%Objective Through a comparative study, to explore the Chuankezhi injection in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection effect. Methods Selected 100 cases from October October to 2013 2010 in our hospital betweenadmis-sions of patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group, the control group received rou-tine treatment, the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on joint implementation of Chuankezhi injection. And were followed up, the effect of two groups were observed after one year. Results In the two groups, the treatment group was 70%, effec-tive rate was 20%, noefficiency is 10%, the total effective rate was 90%. While the control group was 15 cases of patients, the ef-fective rate was 30%, effective disease in 21 cases,effective 42%, invalid 14 cases of patients, non efficiency of 28%, the total ef-fective rate was 72%. The effect of the treatment group was significantly betterthan the control group. Conclusion Through the comparison, we can find in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tractinfection, Chuankezhi injection the treatment effect is good, is worthy to be popularized.
