神经内科ICU设立PICC小组的应用效果研究

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect of the PICC team in ICU of neurology department. Methods Collected the information of patients with PICC in ICU of neurology department from 2006 to 2013. Selected 161 patients with PICC as the con-trol group before establishing the PICC group and 178 patients with PICC as the intervention group after establishing the PICC group. Compared the success rates of one-time placing the catheter, the time of detain a PICC and complications ’ incidence of two groups. Results The intervention group’s success rate of one-time placing the catheter is higher than the control group (P<0.001) and the complications’ incidence is lower than the control group (P<0.05). There is no significant difference in the time of detain a PICC between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The PICC team can standardize catheter maintenance, control and prevent related complications.%目的：探讨神经内科ICU设立PICC小组的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2006-2013年在神经内科ICU行PICC置管患者的资料，将设立PICC小组前161例患者作为对照组，设立PICC小组后178例患者作为干预组，比较两组患者一次置管成功率、导管留置时间和并发症发生率的差异。结果干预组患者一次置管成功率（99.4%）高于对照组（90.1%）（P＜0.001），置管并发症的发生率（静脉炎1.7%，穿刺部位局部感染2.8%，堵管1.1%）低于对照组（静脉炎6.2%，穿刺部位局部感染8.1%，堵管5.0%）（P＜0.05），两组患者导管留置时间的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 PICC小组能够集中、规范化进行置管维护，控制相关并发症并进行有效的预防和处理，提高护理质量。
