护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症手术患者临床效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨和分析腰椎间盘突出症的患者在实施手术前以及手术后的临床有效护理方法和效果。方法选择本院从2012年10月-2013年9月救治的腰椎间盘突出症并实施手术的患者共78例，依照住院的顺序，随机将患者分成常规护理组和护理干预组各39例，护理干预组对于患者在常规护理的基础上，进行心理护理、观察护理、饮食护理和健康指导，疗程结束后，对比两组患者的平均住院时间并对比两组患者的并发症发生状况。结果常规护理组患者的平均住院时间为（17.3±2.7）d，护理干预组患者的平均住院时间为（11.5±2.1）d，两组患者的平均住院天数对比，其差异具有明显的统计学意义。（t=4.306， P<0.05），常规护理组出现并发症的共7例，并发症发生率为17.9%显著的低于护理干预组患者（2例，5.13%），两组患者的并发症发生率对比，具有显著的差异，存在统计学意义（t=9.165，P<0.05）。结论实施护理干预能够有效地提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的手术治疗效果，值得在临床上推广使用。%Objective To investigate and analyze the patients with lumbar disc herniation in the implementation of operation be-fore and after operation the clinical effective nursing method and effect. Methods Choose the lumbar treated from 2012 October to 2013 September disc herniation and implement the operation of a total of 78 patients were hospitalized, according to the order, random the patients were divided into routine nursing group and nursing intervention group with 39 cases in each group, nursing intervention for patients on the basis of routine nursing, psychological nursing, observation and nursing, diet nursing and health guidance, after the end of treatment, compared two groups of patients with the average hospitalization time and incidence of com-plications were compared between two groups. Results The average hospitalization time of patients with routine nursing group was (17.3 ± 2.7) days, average hospitalization time nursing intervention group patients was (11.5 ± 2.1) days, the average days of hos-pitalization were compared between two groups, with statistically significant difference. (t=4.306, P<0.05), complications occurred in the conventional nursing group were 7 cases, the complication rate was 17.9%, significantly lower than the nursing intervention group (2 cases, 5.13%), two groups of patients with complications of contrast, have significant difference, there were statistical sig-nificance (t=9.165,P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the operation therapeutic effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation, it is worth in clinical use.
