目的：探讨和分析急性心肌梗死患者并发严重的心律失常患者的具体急救措施，以及有效的护理方法和效果。方法对于本院收治的急性心肌梗死并发严重的心律失常患者共55例，通过对其动态的观察病情的不断变化，来做出准确的评估患者的病情，认真并细心的做好患者的心理以及饮食、排便等有效的护理，进行急救护理，然后观察患者的治疗效果和患者及其家属的护理满意度。结果经过护理患者均得到了较为满意的治疗效果，出院前患者经护理问卷调查，患者及其家属的护理满意度为99.5%。结论对于急性心肌梗死患者并发严重的心律失常患者，通过对认真并细心的住院护理、心理护理和饮食排便等有效的护理，能够有效地降低患者死亡率，并提高患者的护理满意度，真正实现患者的早日康复。%Objective To investigate and analyze the emergency measures of arrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction in patients with severe, and effective nursing method and effect.
