Objective Analysis of application effect of fine management in psychiatric and provide theoretical basis for the management of the hospital. Methods Began in June 2014 in our hospital for psychiatric detailed management way, contrast before (control group) after the implement of fine management (research group) patients satisfaction, nursing quality score. Results Psychiatric before and after the implement of fine management, nursing quality score comparison, difference, P<0.05;The team's satisfaction (95.0%) was better than control group (82.5%), the difference is statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion In psychiatric detailed management satisfaction for patients with their families, the improvement of nursing quality has a positive effect, psychiatric nursing after detailed, got to reduce medical accidents.%目的 分析精细化管理在精神科的应用效果,为管理医院提供理论上的依据. 方法 在2014年6月开始对该院精神科实施精细化管理方式,对比实施精细化管理前(对照组)后(研究组)患者满意度、护理质量评分. 结果 精神科实施精细化管理前后,护理质量评分对比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组的满意度(95.0%)明显优于对照组(82.5%),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05. 结论 在精神科实施精细化管理对于患者家属满意度、护理质量的提高具有积极作用,精神科实施精细化护理后,医疗事故发生率得到了降低.
