治疗脑血管疾病中成药中金属元素的因子分析和聚类分析

摘要

The factor and cluster analysis was applied to study the correlation between seven metallicelements in Treatment of cerebral vascular disease of Chinese Traditional Medicine.The result shows that 7 variables and treatment of cerebral vas-cular diseases have a direct impact, the main factor model with two original data matrix can contain more than 75% vari-ance of the information. Cluster analysis results also show that the trace elements and a correlation between the traditional Chinese medicines. its complexes in efficacy to play a quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine point of scientific theory.%采用因子分析和聚类分析法对10种治疗脑血管疾病中成药中7种金属元素的含量进行分析。结果表明：7个变量与治疗脑血管疾病有直接的影响，用2个主因子模型可包含原始数据矩阵方差的75%以上的信息。聚类分析结果也表明微量元素含量与中药疗效之间存在相关性。从而为中药有机成分及其配合物在药效的发挥角度为中药质量评价提供科学理论依据。
