农村社区卫生服务中心护理绩效评价研究

摘要

农村卫生服务体系是基本公共卫生服务不可缺少的一部分，提高农村社区卫生服务条件，改善农村卫生服务质量，对农村居民的健康有重要意义。构建农村社区卫生服务中心护理绩效评价指标，并对其进行合理评价，可为农村社区护理资源合理配置、护理管理评价提供依据，调动农村社区护理服务人员积极性，从而推进城乡公共卫生服务进程。%The rural health service system is an indispensable part of the basic public health service, improving the condi-tion of rural health service, improving the quality of rural health service, and it is of great significance to the health of farmers. Therefore, all sectors of the community attaches great importance to the development of rural health service, in or-der to provide more quality services to farmers to construct the performance evaluation indicators of community nursing, the are reasonable evaluation, for rural communities to provide reasonable allocation of resources, nursing management and quality of providing the basis for evaluation, to mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing personnel in rural areas, so as to promote the process of urban and rural public health services.
