目的 对中医学院第一附属医院药学部中药房进行PDCA循环法的管理措施,并探讨其应用效果.方法 将该院2013年6月—2014年6月的中药房进行传统管理措施,设为A组;同时,选取2014年7月—2015年7月该院中药房实施PDCA循环管理法改革后,设为B组.比较两种不同的药房管理措施下药品管理工作的状况,并分析管理差错出现的原因.结果 A组患者的药品审核正确率、药品调配正确率均显著低于B组,药品核查差错率明显高于B组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者在处方差错、医嘱差错、配备差错以及总差错率上均显著高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 PDCA循环法具有系统性及科学性的管理优势,大大改善了该院中药房的药品管理问题,促进了药品的通畅,保证了高品质的医疗服务质量,降低了配药差错的发生率.%Objective College of traditional Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital medicine department of TCM phar-macy for PDCA circulation method of management measures, and discusses its application effect. Methods From June 2013-June 2014 TCM pharmacy of traditional management measures, as A group; At the same time, the selection of July 2014 -July 2015 our TCM pharmacy after the PDCA cycle management reforms, set as group B. Compare two different types of pharmacy management measures of drug management, and analyze the causes of data error in management. Results A group of patients with drug review correctness and accuracy were significantly lower than that of group B drug procurement, drug verification error rate is significantly higher than group B, differences between groups with statistical significance (P<0.05);A group of patients in the prescription errors, nothing wrong orders, equipped with error and gross error rate were signifi-cantly higher than that of control group, significant difference between groups, statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The PDCA circulation method has the systematic and scientific management advantages, greatly improved our TCM phar-macy medicines management issues, promoted the flow of drugs, to ensure the high quality of medical service quality, re-duce the incidence of the dispensing error.
