农村基本公共卫生服务项目开展创新思考

摘要

The rural basic public health service project is our country's "opinions on deepening the reform of the medical and health system" and"the recent implementation plan (2009-2011)" in the recent implementation plan, the main purpose is to achieve the equalization of basic public health services in rural areas. This paper introduces the development of rural basic public health service project, and puts forward some innovative thinking and measures, in order to provide construc-tive suggestions for rural basic public health service project, and make the rural residents can obtain satisfactory basic pub-lic health services.%农村基本公共卫生服务项目是我国《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》和《医药卫生体制改革近期实施方案(2009—2011)》中明确提出的发展任务,主要是要在农村地区实现基本公共卫生服务均等化的目标.该文首先介绍了农村基本公共卫生服务项目的开展情况,并结合其中存在的问题,提出了一些有针对性的创新思考与措施,以期能够为农村基本公共卫生服务项目提供有建设性的建议,让农村居民能够获得令人满意的基本公共卫生服务.
