以健康教育为核心的护理路径对结核性胸膜炎患者的影响分析

         

摘要

目的 分析以健康教育为核心的护理路径对结核性胸膜炎患者的影响. 方法 选取2013年7月—2015年6月收治108例结核性胸膜炎患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各54例.对照组实行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的同时采用以健康教育为核心的护理路径进行护理.对比两组护理前、后健康知识得分及对治疗的依从性、住院时间、术后并发症发生率. 结果 两组护理前健康知识得分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后健康知识得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 以健康教育为核心的护理路径在结核性胸膜炎患者中应用可有效改善患者对疾病的认识,促进对治疗的配合,并降低并发症,缩短住院时间.%Objective Health education as the core of nursing path on patients with tuberculous pleurisy analysis. Methods Select the July 2013-June 2015 were treated 108 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients were randomly divided into obser-vation group and the control group 54 cases. Compare the two groups before treatment, after health knowledge score and ad-herence to treatment, hospital stay, incidence of postoperative complications. Results Two former health care knowledge score was no significant difference (P>0.05); After observation group care health knowledge score was significantly higher (P<0.05); observation group was higher adherence to treatment (P<0.05) ; observation group than the control group a short hospital stay (P<0.05);postoperative complication rate was observed compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education as the core of nursing path in patients with tuberculous pleurisy can effectively improve patients' under-standing of the disease and promote the treatment of co-ordination and reduce complications, shorter hospital stay.
