CCU重症监护病房护士分层管理模式的实施及效果研究

         

摘要

目的:研究探讨对CCU重症监护病房护士实施分层管理的实际效果,高效利用护理人力资源,提升护理质量及护士工作满意度。方法以该院综合CCU重症监护病房为研究对象,采用自行设计调查问卷的形式,对CCU重症监护病房护士实施分层管理前后,工作的质量和工作满意度开展比较研究。结果经过一年的实施,患者对护理的满意度得分为(43.65±2.10)分,明显高于实施前得分(47.56±1.96)分,两组间护理满意度对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05, t=8.349)。护士自评、医生评价和上级护士评价分值分别为(43.23±5.97)分、(46.68±2.64)分和(41.65±7.89)分,明显高于实施前得分,实施前后上述指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层管理的实行,护士的工作满意度以及患者的满意度明显提升,值得临床推广。%Objective To study the CCU icu nurses the layered management actual effect,efficient use of nursing human re-sources, improving the quality of nursing and nurses job satisfaction. Methods In our hospital to CCU intensie care unit as the research object, using self-designed questionnaire form, the CCU icu nurses before and after the layered management, the quality of the work and job satisfaction to carry out the comparative research. Results The of After a year of implemen-tation,the satisfaction to the nursing for patients with (43.65 ±2.10), significantly higher than the score (47.56 ±1.96), before carrying out nursing satisfaction contrast between the two groups, has the obvious difference there is statistical significance (P<0.05, t=8.349). Self-evaluation of nurses, doctors, evaluation and the superior nurse evaluation score (43.23 ±5.97), re-spectively (46.68±2.64) and (41.65±7.89), significantly higher than the score, before carrying out the above indicators before and after the comparison, also has the obvious difference there is statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The practice of the layered management, nurses' job satisfaction and patient satisfaction improved significantly, worth clinical promotion.
