目的：探讨人性化医院护理管理对降低护士心理压力、提高护理满意度的效果。方法对该院400名护士实行人性化管理制度，营造人性化护理环境，通过沟通、教育、激励等方式提高护士工作的积极性和依从性。结果护士工作环境和谐宽松，降低了心理压力，护理质量明显提高，护患纠纷率明显下降了44.62%，护理满意度提高了16.31%。结论人性化医院护理管理明显降低了护士的心理压力，增强了护士对护理工作的积极性和依从性，进而提高了护理质量，降低了护患纠纷的发生率，提高了护理满意度，达到了护患双赢的效果。%Objective To explore the effect of nursing management in the humanized hospital to reduce the psychological pressure of nurses and improve the nursing satisfaction. Methods 400 nurses in the hospital were implemented in the man-agement system of human nature, creating a humane care environment, improving the enthusiasm and compliance of nurses' work in the way of communication, education and encouragement. Results The nurses working environment and harmonious relaxed, reduce the psychological pressure, improve the quality of nursing, nurse patient dispute rate decreased by 44.62%, nursing satisfaction increased by 16.31%. Conclusion The nursing management of the humanized hospital significantly reduces the psychological pressure of nurses, enhances the enthusiasm and compliance of nurses in nursing work, improves the nursing quality, reduces the incidence of nursing disputes, improves the nursing satisfaction, and achieves a win-win effect.
