血液透析患者的系统性健康指导

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic health guidance to improve the satisfaction of hemodialysis patients. Methods 160hemodialysis patients fromaⅢ-A hospital in Jilin province were randomly divided into tow groups. The patients from March to September in 2014 were selected as the control group and the patients from Octobor 2014 to April in 2015 were selected as the observation group.The control group used conventional health education and the observa-tion group received systematic health guidance. The degree of nurse service satisfaction of two groups were compared. Re-sults The nurse servicesatisfaction survey of observation group washigher than that of control group, the difference was sta-tisticallysignificant (P<0.01). Conclusion Systematic health guidance can improve satisfaction and strengthen the ability of hemodialysis patientsself-management,to ensure the effectiveness of health education.%目的：探讨系统性健康指导对提高血液透析患者满意度的效果。方法随机选取该院血液透析患者160例，以2014年3—9月的患者为对照组，实施常规的健康教育，以2014年10月—2015年3月的患者为观察组，实施系统性健康指导，分别测评患者的满意度。结果观察组与对照组患者的满意度差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论系统性健康指导能够让血液透析患者获得更高的满意度，使患者能够更好的自我管理能力，保证了健康教育的有效性。
