Objective To investigate the role of tuberculosis outpatient therapy services in pharmacy management work. Methods Tuberculosis clinic established pharmacy drug counseling window, tuberculosis patients and their families receiv-ing drug counseling. Consultation carried out before treatment selected 80 cases of tuberculosis were included in the control group, and after treatment Consultation undertaken choose another 80 cases of tuberculosis from 2013 April to 2015 March were included in the observation group. Compare the two groups of medication knowledge to grasp the situation and satisfaction with pharmacy work. Results The results observed in patients on TB medication knowledge and mastery score of pharmacy satisfaction scores were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Tuberculosis outpatient treatment services to carry out effectively help patients to master the drug-related knowledge, and improve the quality of pharmacy work is good pharmacy management effective link.%目的 探讨结核门诊用药服务在药房管理工作中的作用. 方法 在结核门诊建立药房用药咨询窗口,接受结核患者及家属的用药咨询. 于用药咨询窗口开展前选取80例结核患者纳入对照组, 并于用药咨询窗口开展后选取另80例结核患者纳入观察组.对比两组对用药知识的掌握情况及对药房工作的满意度.结果 观察组患者对结核用药知识的掌握得分及对药房工作的满意度得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 在结核门诊开展用药服务可有效的帮助患者掌握用药有关知识,并提升药房工作的质量,是做好药房管理工作的有效环节.
