探析程序化管理在神经外科ICU护理管理工作中应用的有效性

摘要

Objective Procedural management application in neurosurgery ICU nursing is effective to conduct a comprehen-sive analysis. Methods Extract from April 2013 to March 2015 neurosurgery ICU ward patients treated 150 cases were di-vided into observation group and control group, control group using conventional management, observation group in the con-trol group on the basis of the programming management, compared two groups of patient care. Results The observation group self-efficacy evaluation of nurses and the degree of patient care, such as the doctor job satisfaction scores were sig-nificantly higher than that of control group, there was data contrast differences between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application programming management in neurosurgery ICU nursing intervention, can significantly improve patient satisfac-tion, improve the doctor-patient relationship, improve the quality of nursing, worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：对程序化管理应用在神经外科ICU护理管理的有效性进行全面分析。方法抽取该院2013年4月-2015年3月神经外科ICU病房收治的患者150例，分成观察组与对照组，对照组采用常规管理，观察组在对照组基础上采用程序化管理，对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组护士自我效能评价、患者护理满意度、医生工作满意度等评分均明显高于对照组，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科ICU护理中应用程序化管理干预，能够明显提高患者满意度，改善医患关系，提高护理质量，值得临床推广应用。
