胃底贲门癌X线诊断漏诊原因分析与管理

摘要

目的：探讨运用X线诊断胃底贲门癌时，出现漏诊的原因。方法分析2014年2月-2015年2月35例胃底贲门癌漏诊患者的临床资料。结果35例漏诊原因分别为：12例患者大口吞钡；10例患者胃泡气体不足；8例患者未进行空腹检查；5例患者为粘膜聚集。结论胃底贲门癌的疾病特点比较复杂，漏诊原因较多，采取多种措施，可以提高诊断率。%Objective To investigate the application of X-ray diagnosis of gastric cardia carcinoma, appear the causes of misdiag-nosis. Methods Clinical data of 35 cases of gastric cardia cancer misdiagnosed patients from Feb. 2014 Feb. 2015. Results 35 cas-es of missed diagnosis were as follows: 12 cases of patients with barium swallow, 10 cases of patients with stomach gas deficiency;8 patients without fasting examination; 5 patients for mucosal aggregation. Conclusion The characteristics of gastric cardia cancer is complicated, and the reasons of missed diagnosis are more. If we take some measures, the diagnosis rate can be improved.
