68例足月儿并发症相关因素分析

摘要

目的：对68例足月新生儿并发症相关因素进行分析，以指导产前及产后评估。方法回顾性分析该院2013年6月-2014年12月收治的68例曾发生并发症的足月儿的临床资料，对所有病例除临床监护其症状、体征外，同时做血、血糖、X线胸片、头颅CT或MRI检查，对高危因素进行分析。结果有高危因素的足月新生儿容易发生并发症。结论对于有高危因素的足月新生儿要做好产前和入院时的沟通，保证医疗安全，防止医疗纠纷和事故。%Objective To discuss the relationship of full-term infants、risk factors and complication. Methods A retrospec-tive study was carried out in 68 cases occurred complications of term infants from June 2013 to December 2014. Results There are high risk factors of newborn complications. Conclusion For full-term infants with high-risk factors, good prenatal and admission communication,ensure medical safety,prevent medical disputes and accidents.
