Objective To evaluate the implementation of clinical nursing teaching management at different levels of effectiveness. Methods Hierarchical management for clinical nursing teaching for 50 nursing students. Test results on the implementation of nursing students in clinical nursing teaching management at different levels were compared before and after. Results After imple-mentation of clinical nursing teaching hierarchical management, nursing students test results significantly better than prior to im-plementation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing teaching management at different levels, to standardize clinical teaching work, clarify responsibilities, so that the ability of teachers to im-prove the teaching, so that effectively improved the quality of teaching, but also allows nursing students' professional ability and comprehensive self-assessment the ability to effectively increase.%目的:评价实施临床护理带教分级管理的效果。方法采用分级管理来对50名护生进行临床护理带教。对实施临床护理带教分级管理前后的护生考核成绩进行对比分析。结果实施临床护理带教分级管理后,护生的考核成绩显著优于实施前,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施临床护理带教分级管理,能规范临床带教工作,明确责任,让带教教师的能力提高,从而让带教质量得到有效提升,同时还能让护生的专业自评能力和综合能力得到有效提升。
