Objective To understand the knowledge about HIV/AIDS prevention and control and the infection rate of the floating population. Methods A survey of the knowledge and infection rate of HIV/AIDS among 420 floating population in our region. Results 420 of the survey staff on the knowledge of AIDS knowledge rate of 282 people,In 67.1%,Cultural degree is the important factor that affects the knowledge about the prevention and cure of the floating population;HIV antibody detection for 420 persons, HIV infection of 56 people,The infection rate was 13.3%,The cultural degree and the nature of the job are the high risk factors for HIV infection.Conclusion Strengthen the propaganda of AIDS prevention and control of floating population, Raise awareness of prevention and control, Improve and regulate their health behaviors, Regular surveys and HIV testing, To prevent and cure HIV infection, To promote the better life of the floating population.%目的：了解流动人口艾滋病防治知识知晓情况和感染率。方法对该地区420名流动人口进行艾滋病防治知识和感染率调查。结果420名调查人员中对艾滋病知识知晓者为282人，占67.1%，文化程度是影响流动人口艾滋病防治知识知晓的重要因素；对420名人员进行HIV抗体检测，检出HIV感染56人，感染率为13.3%，文化程度和工作性质是HIV感染的高危因素。结论加强流动人口艾滋病防治知识的宣传力度，提高防治意识，改善和规范其健康行为，定期进行调查和HIV检测，对防治艾滋病感染，促进流动人口更好生活有重要意义。
