外科护理学合作学习和提高学生综合素质的思考

         

摘要

受到学生基本条件和认知能力等条件的限制,应在外科护理学教学中合理应用合作学习的教学模式。在教学过程中,要积极营造合作学习的心理环境,通过合理安排好学习团队、设置合适的教学任务和操作步骤以及制定奖惩办法等精心设计,激发学生的学习热情和兴趣,变被动学习为主动学习,培养学生的合作精神和沟通能力,不断提高教学质量。要通过优化教师知识结构,开展多种形式的德育教育,开展多层次的文化教育,培养学生全方位能力,进行全身心陶冶,不断提高学生综合素质,适应护理岗位和社会需求。%Given the fact that there are still some inadequacies in students' basic conditions and their cognitive ability, the model of cooperated-study has been asked to be used in the course of surgical nursing. In the teaching process, we should actively create a cooperative learning psychological atmosphere. By arranging the learning group in reasonable, setting the inadequate teaching tasks and operational procedures, making the rules of rewards and punishment and so on to inspire the students' learning enthusi-asts and interests, make them study on their own initiative, teach them the cooperative spirits and negotiative abilities and approv-ing the teaching quality. With our professors' knowledge structure being rationalized and various kinds of moral and cultural edu-cation being held, we are determined to keep doing in developing students' integrated abilities and positively affecting both their bodies and their spirits so that our students may get the opportunity to enhance their comprehensive quality and meet needs from working position and the society.
