风险管理在内科护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective Of risk management is applied in internal medicine nursing effects were analyzed and summarized.Methods Extracted from March 2013 to March 2015 a total of 68 medical patients treated, it can be divided into research group and the control group. Team adopts the nursing risk management model, the control group routine nursing, compared two groups the inci-dence of risk events, the incidence of complaints and satisfaction.Results The team of risk events incidence, the incidence of com-plaint events were significantly lower than the control group, satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group, two groups compare there is statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In internal medicine nursing risk management mode of nursing, which can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events, patient satisfaction is high.%目的：对风险管理应用于内科护理中的效果进行分析与总结。方法抽取该院2013年3月-2015年3月共收治的68例内科患者，将其分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用风险管理模式护理，对照组实施常规护理，对比两组的风险事件发生率、投诉事件发生率及满意度。结果研究组的风险事件发生率、投诉事件发生率均明显低于对照组，满意度显著高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科护理工作中实施风险管理模式的护理，可有效降低风险事件发生率，患者满意度高。
