情景模拟教学在麻醉学临床教学中的应用

     

摘要

目的:分析情景模拟教学法在麻醉学临床教学中的效果,探讨其在改进麻醉学临床教学方法中的优势及意义。方法选取于该医院实习的麻醉学专业大四学生100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例;对照组学生采用常规教学方法,观察组学生采用情景模拟教学法;比较两组学生理论知识、操作技能及综合应用考核成绩。结果观察组学生理论知识、操作技能及综合应用考核成绩显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法可以提高麻醉学临床教学的效果,在改进麻醉学临床教学方法中具有明显的优势和意义。%Objective To analyze the scene simulation teaching in anesthesiology clinical teaching effect, explore its advantages and significance in improving teaching methods in clinical anesthesiology. Methods The practice of Anesthesiology Senior 100 cases as the research object in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group; the control group students by conventional teaching methods, the observation group of students using the situational teach-ing method; comparison of two groups of students theoretical knowledge, operation skills and comprehensive application of assess-ment results. Results The observation group students' theoretical knowledge, operation skills and comprehensive application of as-sessment results was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The scene sim-ulation teaching method can improve clinical anesthesiology teaching effect, has obvious advantages and significance in improving the teaching method in the clinical anesthesiology.
